Unit Lead - Day or Night position available
Location: Wendreth Court, March, PE15 8QT - Residential Care Home
Hours: Full-time, 36 or 48 hours per week, including alternate weekends
Salary: £14.25 per hour + a range of health and wellbeing benefits
What You’ll Do
* Lead, inspire, and support the care team to provide exceptional person-centred care.
* Deliver hands-on care to residents as part of the daily rota.
* Oversee care planning, audits, and assessments.
* Ensure compliance with CQC and organisational standards.
* Support and develop staff through mentoring and training.
* Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive team culture.

What You’ll Need
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum).
* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care home or similar setting.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
* A passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting residents’ wellbeing.
* Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
