Job Description
3. Process invoices and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
4. Assist with bank reconciliations and other financial reconciliations.
5. Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
6. Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity.
7. Respond to finance-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
9. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
10. Handle general administrative tasks related to finance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. Experience in financial administration or a related role.
12. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
13. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. Ability to work well within a team and independently.
15. A genuine interest in the not-for-profit sector.
16. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
