On Thursday 28 th April the Rehabilitation for Independence team attended their biannual team meeting, the event took place at the Red Hall Hotel in Ramsbottom.
The event was well attended with a full house from management, clinical, finance, admin and marketing. All working together the teams discussed best working practices, how to deliver our values and the services our clients expect.
Throughout the morning the groups openly discussed effective ways of working, sharing ideas and how we can all play our part in supporting the company, our clients and each other.
The event was facilitated by Mark Rybczynski, Clinical Director with input from Hannah Cook Clinical lead and Gill Clake Business Manager.
The event provided a long-awaited opportunity for the whole team to get together in a nice setting, discuss ideas, be listened to and play our part in the company and its future.
