Nursery Practitioner – Up to £31,000 Children spend their day moving between large playrooms and a spacious outdoor area designed for exploration, messy play, and active learning. Each room is set up for a different age group, giving practitioners the space to run activities properly and focus on their key children. The day naturally moves between play, learning, outdoor time, and routines, with practitioners planning activities, supporting development, and creating a warm, engaging environment for the children in their care. Before You Apply This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. Applicants should have recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting. This position is not suitable for candidates WITHOUT a recognised Level 3 childcare training.
