📍 Location: Edinburgh City Centre (office based, in a call centre)

đź•’ Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 7:00 (36 hours)
đź’° Pay rate: ÂŁ14.02 per hour

About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for customers contacting the Council Tax team, providing support and guidance with professionalism and care. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Handling inbound customer calls
Reviewing and updating customer accounts
Recording accurate notes and information
Offering clear guidance and support
Redirecting enquiries to other departments when needed
Sending documents or letters to customers
Assisting with general admin tasks as required
Key Responsibilities
