Stairlift Installation Engineer

We have an exciting career opportunity for an enthusiastic Stairlift Installation Engineer to join our Rotherham Installation team. Candidates ideally need to be in the Rotherham area as you will be working in and around the surrounding areas.
The role is to install and remove straight and curved stairlift products within domestic settings. Ideal candidates will be smart, self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and demonstrate a high standard of workmanship. Candidates should have previous stairlift installation and testing experience with a mechanical or electrical background. A valid full driving licence is essential and a DBS check will be required.
Responsibilities
* The installations and removals of stairlifts
* Collect stairlifts and equipment from the depot to deliver to site
* Maintain a high level of customer service
* Work within customers’ homes
* Develop and maintain appropriate technical knowledge of products
* Check lift specifications when loading to ensure suitability for the end user
* Maintain suitable records
* Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues to customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Previous stairlift installation and testing experience (essential)
* Non‑licensable work with asbestos (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence required
* DBS checks – required
