Assess Progress: Regularly assess and report on student progress, adapting teaching as needed. Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that encourages good behaviour. Support Students: Identify and support individual student needs to ensure their academic growth. Engage Parents: Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress. Professional Growth: Participate in professional development and contribute to school activities. Safeguarding: Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.
