Registered Manager - Children's Homes and Supported Accommodation

We are looking for a strong, compassionate, and decisive leader to supervise and support a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional care, love, and support for every child in line with the Children's Homes Regulations (2015) and Supported Accommodation Regulations (2023).

*The nature of this role means that you will work on a rota basis covering evenings and weekends routinely with a pattern of working one weekend in every four- patterns covering 09:30am - 20:00pm.

* Ensure every child receives the support, stability, and guidance they need.
* Work closely with partners to safeguard young people and drive the best outcomes.
* Promote professional growth and development within the team.
* Foster positive relationships that empower children to build their own support networks.
