Role: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Royston
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
Salary: £14.42 - £14.90 an hour, weekly pay
Temporary to Permanent, Immediate Start
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a fast-paced busy manufacturing client based near Royston
Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:
1. Handling incoming calls and forwarding where appropriate
2. Managing inbound emails
3. Processing customer’s orders on the Sage accounts system
4. Preparation of all information required for production
5. Logistics management including international freight
6. Answering price enquiries and providing quotations as necessary
7. Answering simple technical queries on products

8. Proven experience within an office based customer service role
9. Order processing experience is essential
10. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
11. Strong numerical skills
12. Ability to use systems
13. Quick learner
14. Highly organised and attention to detail
15. Ability to work in a fast pace environment
16. MUST be a driver, due to location
