Are you looking for an exciting career in Human Resources? We're seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding & Reward Administrator to join our dynamic Reward team at UK Power Networks in Crawley. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £29,000 (DOE), plus a 7.5% bonus!
Reporting to the Reward Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting our HR directorate, helping to deliver reward initiatives that recognise and motivate our people. Enjoy blended working arrangements after your probation (just six months) - with three days in the office and two days remote each week.
