NES Fircroft is recruiting a Document Controller for a client working on a major renewable energy project in Norfolk.
Location: Necton, Norfolk
Duration: 12‑month initial contract
Responsibilities
* Managing project deliverables by using the document management tool throughout the project lifecycle.
* Allocating document numbers
* Creating placeholders
* Setting up supplier packages
* Performing QA checks on deliverables
* Managing review workflows in line with project timescales
* Distributing workflow comments to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Submitting hard copies to site
* Submitting As‑builds
* Interacting with the wider project team
* Supporting the Document Control team
* Contributing to continuous improvements
* Communicating with external stakeholders
* Acting as a team player

Qualifications
* Minimum 2‑year document control project experience
* Minimum 2‑year document management systems experience
* Quality aware
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Location based
* Document / Configuration Control training
* Good standard of education
* Optional: Engineering or Project Management Degree or equivalent
