Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a full-time temporary basis at their Head Office in Macclesfield.
Hybrid working is an option for this role, but you would still need to attend the office 3 days a week (days flexible). Candidates should ideally live locally or within a reasonable commute.
About The Talent Acquisition Role
The successful candidate will support the global talent acquisition lead with all recruitment needs. You will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent.
Salary: £18 - £20 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm (flexible)
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
* Source candidates through various channels.
* Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' experience and qualifications.
* Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Confidence to support projects and bring new ideas to the HR team.
* Ability to work independently.
