Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
* Work with clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools, group programs, and the community
* Deliver assessments and interventions including functional capacity and sensory assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, and skill and capacity building programs
* Build strong client relationships and celebrate client achievements
* Manage a reduced caseload while learning
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Behaviour Support Practitioners
* Participate in formal weekly 1:1 supervision with experienced clinicians
* Tailor caseload to personal interests to ensure meaningful work
About You
The company is looking for:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or pending)
* Current car and driver’s licence
* Working With Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check or willingness to obtain
* Passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals
