Detailed job description and main responsibilities For further duties about this role please contact Daniel or Vikki as detailed below, further detailed can also be found in the attached job description and person specification Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma / MSc or equivalent Qualification Independent Prescriber with appropriate annotation on GPhC Register (or willing to undertake) Desirable criteria Formal management and / or leadership qualification experience Essential criteria Extensive hospital pharmacy experience Comprehensive experience as a clinical pharmacist practitioner including a solid grounding in a broad range of clinical specialties. Education and training experience including supervision and appraisal, with feedback, of junior staff and students Desirable criteria Have recent clinical pharmacy experience in Elderly Care and Frailty Evidence of involvement in pharmacy practice research Publication of research in a peer reviewed journal / presentation at a national conference.
