About The Role Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Redcar. What you'll be doing Work with supply chain partners at a micro level to standardise data sets Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders across various levels of the organization Utilise Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with the project teams to understand their data needs and provide support in decision-making processes. Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track performance against targets. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimise operations. Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner. Document and present project performance measures and reports, both internal and external Stay up to date on the latest innovations and what competitors are implementing. Who we're looking for Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within construction or supply chain management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis functions. Strong experience with PowerBI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data visualisation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
