By March 2026, all councils in England must provide weekly food waste collection for households. This is vital for the reduction of landfill waste and the creation of a cleaner, greener future. Our Waste and Recycling teams are essential for implementing these changes, ensuring compliance and helping communities transition smoothly. Environment Servies are looking for a Waste Team Leader to join the team at Morrison Busy depot, Annfield Plain. WHAT IS INVOLVED? To deliver day to day supervision and monitoring of high quality, efficient and cost effective refuse and recycling services which are responsive to community need and continue to strengthen the Councils reputation through the visible delivery of a clean, safe and attractive environment.
