The Role
They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple high-spec hospitality projects nationwide. This is a senior leadership role, combining site management, commercial oversight, and client liaison to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
* Lead multiple bar, kitchen, and hospitality fit-outs from start to finish
* Apply technical expertise in kitchens, bars, joinery, M&E, and specialist finishes
* Act as main client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations
* Coordinate site managers, subcontractors, and installation teams for seamless delivery
* Develop and manage project schedules, identifying critical paths and adjusting plans
* Monitor budgets, contract variations, and profitability in collaboration with QS and commercial teams
* Ensure all work meets H&S, CDM, and industry compliance standards
* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain top-quality finishes
* Provide timely progress reports to senior management and flag risks early
About You
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in hospitality fit-out
* Strong technical knowledge of kitchens, bars, bespoke joinery, and commercial catering systems
* Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple fast-paced projects
* Confident communicator with client-facing and negotiation experience
* Commercially aware and able to work with QS/estimating teams on costs and margins
* Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
* Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel nationwide
* SMSTS, CSCS (Manager Card), and First Aid preferred
