We’re working with a range of supportive primary and secondary schools across Wigan and Warrington who are ready to welcome enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) this September.

* QTS status (pending or achieved by September 2025).
* Enthusiasm for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
* The ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
* Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with pupils and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
