About the Role As a Secondary SEN Teacher, youll have the opportunity to bring creativity and expertise to the classroom. Youll design flexible, student-centred programmes, tailor lessons to individual needs, and support pupils to achieve meaningful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging lessons across your subject areas. Planning, assessing, and reviewing teaching sessions in line with curriculum developments. Writing, implementing, and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Setting achievable targets and motivating pupils to reach them. Supporting social, emotional, and behavioural development. Building strong, positive relationships with pupils to promote participation and confidence.
