Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to support the management and optimisation of our product listings and digital merchandising across key retail partners and marketplaces, including Wayfair, M&S, Robert Dyas, and other platforms.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class product visibility, optimised content, and conversion-driving experiences across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about ecommerce, premium home & lifestyle brands, and visually driven digital retail.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketplace & Product Listing Management
* Create, manage, and optimise product listings across multiple ecommerce and marketplace platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand and platform standards.
* Execute daily and weekly site audits to ensure product visibility, categorisation, content accuracy, and brand compliance.
Visual Merchandising & Content Execution
* Ensure product content reflects brand values and visual quality across all touchpoints.
* Support the execution of new product launches, seasonal updates, and promotional campaigns across marketplaces and
* Assist in the continuous optimisation and maintenance of to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
SEO & Content Optimisation
* Write and edit high-converting product titles, descriptions, and attributes aligned with SEO best practices to drive organic visibility and search ranking across partner platforms.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting
* Track and report on KPIs, including conversion rates, product performance, and campaign impact.
* Produce weekly reports and support in-depth performance insights during promotional peaks and seasonal campaigns.
Marketplace & Partner Collaboration
* Liaise with key partners including Wayfair, M&S, and Amazon to supply enriched assets, enhanced content, and product data that supports merchandising excellence and conversion growth.
* Work cross-functionally with the Royalcraft marketing team to identify content gaps, UX improvements, and growth opportunities.
Inventory & Availability Coordination
* Ensure accurate stock representation and product availability across all channels by coordinating with internal inventory and operations teams.
Pricing, Promotions & Customer Service Support
* Assist in implementing pricing strategies, promotional events, and product campaigns across DTC and marketplace channels.
* Provide general support on marketplace-related queries and customer service issues.
