As a KCML Software Developer working on the ERPOne product, you will design, develop, and maintain robust ERP solutions using the KCML language. You’ll be part of a cross-functional squad, collaborating closely in a Scrum environment to deliver features that drive real value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
5. Will take leading role in delivery of implementation projects for the Automotive suite of products.
6. To provide training & consultancy for the customer.
7. To resolve, or assist in the resolution, of customer problems and queries arising from the implementation and subsequent live operation of standard or modified software at customer sites.
8. To attend project meetings when required, internally or with clients, to gain or impart knowledge on current status of projects and to document details when appropriate.
9. To assist with the on-going Automotive support function at all times on current or previously implemented systems, as and when required, by taking support calls from clients when appropriate. Processing support calls when assigned to Support work duties, this can be office based or working remotely.
10. To liaise with the customers to define, or help define, requirements, specifications for modifications to the software.
11. To resolve, or assist in the resolution, of customer problems and queries arising from the implementation and subsequent live operation of standard or modified software at customer sites.
12. To attend project meetings when required, internally or with clients, to gain or impart knowledge on current status of projects and to document details when appropriate.
13. To liaise with the customers to define, or help define, requirements, specifications for modifications to the software.
14. To assist the development team with understanding of specifications during the development of modifications and subsequently test and document developed changes.
15. To train colleagues in the operation of modified software, as and when required, to ensure a smooth hand over of projects to the support function.
16. To train the customer’s project team and provide knowledge transfer in the operation of modified software, as and when required.
17. To cover for colleagues, as and when required, in all areas where knowledge overlaps, and to undertake other such duties as may reasonably be requested.
18. Production and submission of consultancy documentation in line with company procedures and submitted in a timely manner. Timesheet completion in line with company procedures.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Experience and/or Qualifications:
19. A minimum 1-year experience in implementation of ERP
20. Successful implementation of multiple end to end projects.
Essential:
Experience working as a consultant for a software house in project delivery, with elements of customer facing training and workshop presentations.
Demonstrable configuration, installation and implementation experience relating to ERP Go Live’s.
Excellent customer service and customer facing skills to work alongside customers on and off site.
Proficient in Office 365 suite of products.
Desirable:
Industry knowledge of the Automotive After Market.
Knowledge of SQL Database platforms for ERP solutions or similar would be advantageous.
