About the Role
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 within a classroom setting
* Work collaboratively with class teachers to deliver tailored learning support
* Assist with behaviour management, small-group interventions, and one-to-one support
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Help promote progress, confidence, and independence in young people
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A recognised TA qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching & Learning, etc.)
* Previous experience in a secondary school setting
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, confident, and adaptable approach to supporting learners
* A valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one through Veritas)
