Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer care? Our client in Whitley is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves providing phone, online chat, and text support to resolve customer queries efficiently, whether technical or non-technical. You will act as a vital link between customers, distribution, and support teams, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction. This role can be based in Coventry or Whitley, depending on location needs.
Working pattern
This position offers a blend of remote and on-site working. During an initial induction and training period, you'll be based on-site for 5 days a week. Following this, you will transition into a flexible schedule, with most days spent working from home, typically on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, subject to approval.
