Broughton Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist / Team Leader for a 12-month maternity cover role in Redditch. You will manage a high-volume AP function and lead a small team in ensuring accurate processing of approximately 7,000 invoices per month.
The successful candidate will have strong AP experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. AAT qualification is preferred, and you will support procurement processes and continuous improvement in the team.
