SEN Support Assistants (HLTA Level)South London SEN Schools | Hays Education – PSL ContractsHays Education is recruiting experienced HLTA‑level SEN Support Assistants to work across a range of South London Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools through our exclusive Preferred Supplier List (PSL) contracts.These roles offer the opportunity to make a real impact in specialist settings, supporting pupils with diverse andplex needs.The roleYou will be supporting children and young people within SEN and specialist provisions, including:
1. SEMH, ASD, PMLD, SLD and MLD settings
2. Small‑group and 1:1 intervention support
3. Assisting with differentiated learning activities
4. Promoting independence, engagement and positive behaviour
5. Working closely with class teachers, therapists and SEN teams

Requirements
11. HLTA qualification or equivalent SEN experience
