Project & Events Executive - 12-month maternity cover contract - May start
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £35, - £40,
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
Join our dynamic marketing team and take the lead in executing the UK commercial events programme! As a Project & Events Executive, you will:
1. Project managing all UK commercial events and exhibitions.
2. Keeping track of all activities in the Events project management system and Excel.
3. ️ Supporting future event planning and scoping opportunities.
4. Facilitating collaboration across departments like Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Services.
5. Building strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers and venues.
6. Managing event budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
7. Coordinating all logistical details, from booking agreements to post-event reviews.
8. ️ Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all events.

Key Experience needed:
16. Must have experience in an events or project-based role.
17. Strong project management skills.
18. Experience with SAP is desirable.
19. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
20. Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
21. Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
22. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
23. Willingness to travel for site inspections and events.
