We're partnering with a number of friendly and inclusive primary schools across Manchester who are looking for enthusiastic graduate support staff to join them this September. Whether your degree is in Psychology, English, Maths, Counselling, Literature, Fine Art or a related subject, this is a brilliant opportunity to bring your skills into the classroom and make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or one-to-one
* Assisting with literacy, numeracy, and creative activities
* Helping children with SEND or additional needs
* Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong relationships
* Gaining valuable hands-on experience for a future in teaching, educational psychology, SEN, youth work or counselling
What We’re Looking For
* A degree (2:2 or above)
* A genuine interest in working with children
* A proactive, patient and dependable approach
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a school environment
* Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, summer camps) is a bonus but not essential
* Right to work in UK (No sponsorship available)
