A leading UK-based technology company is looking for an experienced and versatile IT professional to join its growing team. Operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, this role is ideal for someone with a strong infrastructure background who's confident working across a mix of support, systems administration, and project delivery.
You'll be supporting internal teams across multiple locations and helping to maintain both IT infrastructure and ecommerce platforms.
Whilst you will be based out of the Bradford office, you will be required to be in sister office in Wigan once a week. Due to this travel requirement, a driving licence is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain Windows Server and Ubuntu Server environments.
* Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
* Configure and troubleshoot Meraki and/or Unifi networks.
* Support and maintain virtualisation platforms (Proxmox and Hyper-V).
* Deliver 1st to 3rd line IT support across the business.
* Support day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms.
* Assist with IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and security improvements.
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with server administration.
* Proven track record with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
* Networking knowledge with Meraki and/or Unifi solutions.
* Experience with virtualisation.
* Broad technical support experience across 1st-3rd Line.
* Familiarity with ecommerce platforms is desirable.
