Location & Pre‑Requisites
Role based in Luton. Full UK driving licence essential. Full UK Right to Work required – we are unable to sponsor.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as technical lead on complex projects and major work packages.
* Provide technical assurance and oversee compliance with standards.
* Manage and mentor engineers and technicians.
* Engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
* Support business planning, resource allocation and project governance.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications: Civil or Structural Engineering degree, or apprenticeship. Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer (ICE/IStructE). Postgraduate technical specialism.
Experience: Significant consultancy experience leading bridge design/assessment projects; experience delivering major UK infrastructure or frameworks.
Skills: Leadership, technical expertise, QA, stakeholder engagement, bid leadership, business development, technical innovation.
