Honeycomb Group is looking for a Tenancy Sustainment and Floating Support Officer to support individuals at risk of homelessness in Cheshire East. You will manage a caseload, conducting inductions and crafting personalized support plans to help customers develop independence.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication abilities, GCSE level education, and solid IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office. A full UK driving licence and the ability to undergo an enhanced DBS check are necessary.
