NJC Grade F, Spinal Point 7 – 8 (actual salary £19,436 - £19,655)
32.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days

The Headteacher and Directors wish to appoint a motivated and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will be required to work across Key Stage 1.
The role will involve:
* Supporting and working with either individual children, or groups, under the guidance of the teacher.
* Following, supporting and implementing children’s individual support plans.
* Providing a high standard of nurturing and education for all children within the class.
* Being proactive, flexible and a reliable team player, offering support to colleagues when required.
* Building and maintain strong relationships with children, parents and other settings or agencies to enable all children to develop and flourish with their needs at the forefront of all we do.
