Purpose of the Role
We are seeking highly experienced Business Analysts with strong expertise in Loan IQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and lead analysis sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed business analysis (not project management).
* Define and document requirements and acceptance criteria, preferably using Confluence and JIRA.
* Self-organize and facilitate analysis sessions with stakeholders, taking topics through analysis, design, scripting, and execution.
* Support testing activities, including troubleshooting and triage.
* Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation with strong articulation, both verbal and written.
Required Skills & Experience
* 12+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in Loan IQ.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
* Expertise in writing business requirements and acceptance criteria.
* Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA (preferred).
* Strong problem-solving and testing support skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
