The Business provides a full end to end service for residential property owners who are making or considering an insurance claim following damage caused by water fire or impact. Services include initial damage assessment preparation and presentation of claims negotiation with insurers and loss adjusters and delivery of all reinstatement works as principal contractor to return properties to pre loss condition. The Business has been operating for over ten years and is based in the Home Counties. It employs fewer than twenty people and generates under ten million pounds of annual revenue with strong and consistent profitability. Day to day operations are supported by a well trained team and a robust proprietary process driven CRM system. The company is currently owned and run by a founder who now lives overseas and manages the Business remotely on a part time basis. The founder will remain a minority shareholder following the transaction and will support a structured handover to new senior leadership. About the Role The Chief Executive Officer will assume full executive responsibility for the Business reporting to the Board and shareholders. This is a first time CEO appointment for the Business and is designed to bring strategic clarity professional leadership and commercial drive to a company with strong foundations and substantial growth potential. The CEO will lead the transition from owner managed operations to a modern scalable SME while driving growth profitability and value creation.
