Position: Level 3 Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours - 4.5 days per week
Salary: £13.01 per hour

We are on the lookout for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a nurturing environment that caters to children from 0-5 years, as well as an out-of-school club for children up to 12 years old. Depending on your strengths, you will either work with our youngest children (0-3 years) or support preschool and out-of-school club children (3-12 years).

Your Role: Key Responsibilities
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
* Build and maintain professional relationships, reporting any concerns to management.
* Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on priorities and policies.
What We’re Looking For: Requirements
* Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
* Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English
* Desirable: Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years
* Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements
