A small team responsible for all learning and development initiatives across Bauer Media Publishing in London and Peterborough. This team collaborates regularly with the Publishing HR team to support upskilling and career growth within the business.
Please note: this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The focus of the role:
To support the Head of People Development with the administration and coordination of training and development offerings for employees.
This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring attendance at the Peterborough office at least twice a week, with opportunities to visit the London office as needed for training support.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all training event administration, including updating attendee lists, preparing handouts, and liaising with HR for refreshments.
* Handle the training invitation process using Outlook and Excel.
* Create and maintain the central employee training database.
* Assist with content creation for training sessions (PowerPoint).
* Participate in training needs analysis meetings.
* Support community outreach projects with schools, colleges, and universities.
* Administer the work experience programme in Publishing.
* Engage in cultural champions initiatives.
* Support the mentoring programme by tracking mentors, mentees, and contracts.
* Assist with the administration of other events, such as the Quarterly Publishing Welcome Week onboarding.
