My client has an immediate opportunity within their Helpdesk team to provide additional support during this busy period.
Duties:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
2. Manage CAFM system as a key user on site, including PPM records, reactive tasks, and reporting.
3. Answer calls and emails for the business in a timely manner.
4. Ensure all reactive requests raised on the helpdesk have the correct priority and engineer assigned.
5. Maintain communication throughout the reactive job lifecycle between the Facilities Team and end users. Where possible, apply RFT and close calls over the phone without requiring assignment.
6. Liaise with the Lead Engineer and Operations Manager daily or weekly to ensure quality of service is maintained.
