About The Role
We are looking to grow our Transport Planning Team with the addition of a Transport Planner. You will be a key part of the team, helping with daily route planning, managing our fleet resources and ensuring the transport planning runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:
9. Daily route planning using HDX and Paragon software
10. Management of fleet resource and driver shift patterns
11. Manipulation of customer delivery matrix in line with forecast figures
12. Emergency customer scheduling
13. Ensure production workload is consistent daily
14. Reporting on key logistics KPI’s
15. Pro-actively resolve potential customer and store queries
16. Work as a team to achieve the daily and weekly targets
17. Offer problem solving solutions
18. Management of customer order flow
About You
Who are we looking for?
19. Advanced skills in Excel - including formulas, formatting and lookups
20. Routing experience - desired but not essential
21. Competence with Microsoft Office and relevant functions
22. Ability to communicate and convey information by varied methods
23. Excellent time management skills
24. Ability to work well within a team
