Executive Administrator
The role
We are seeking a high-level executive administrator to support our growing business, specifically supporting our Farms & Estates team and collaborating with the wider administration team across the firm.
Your responsibilities will include supporting partners and senior managers, managing calendars, supporting business development activities, preparing client onboarding and anti-money laundering documents, and handling correspondence, reports, and bills. The role requires proactive problem-solving and supporting the team to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be methodical, highly organized, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Building relationships across the firm is essential, as is attention to detail, flexibility, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
What we need from you
* High-level administrative experience, preferably in a busy office or professional services environment
* Experience supporting senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in interactions
* Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines
* Good planning, organization, and prioritization skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and the ability to learn new software
