Your new role They are looking for a Finance Director to drive the direction of the business, manage the Global Finance team and be comfortable leading and managing the technical responsibility of the role. The personal fit for the business is very important, so they are looking for someone with impressive experience in the wholesale, retail & ecommerce space, charismatic leadership, cultural appreciation and the gravitas to collaborate with the Group CFO & CEO to lead the business forwards into new markets. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have experience as Finance Director or CFO within consumer-facing spheres, with experience managing finance streams across boarders and multiple categories. You will have demonstrated technical acumen in your career and be hungry for a fresh challenge, driven to lead and develop the culture and brand to new horizons. You will ideally be a qualified accountant with experience developing business plans and operating in a high-performing environment.
