Facilities & M&E Administrator Dudley | Full Time (9am – 5pm) | £25,000 – £34,000 (DOE) Friendly & Supportive Working Environment | Immediate Start Available Are you an experienced administrator with a background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or facilities management? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Facilities & M&E Administrator to join our growing team in Dudley. Working within a busy M&E contractor’s office, you’ll play a key role in supporting our engineers and project teams with essential coordination and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities * Preparing and managing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) * Liaising directly with engineers, subcontractors, and main contractors * Chasing and processing purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier updates * Coordinating engineer schedules and assisting with site access and documentation * Ensuring compliance with H&S and project-specific administrative requirements * Supporting the wider office and contracts team with day-to-day operations * Maintaining up-to-date records and systems ✅ Ideal Candidate * Previous experience in an M&E or facilities administration role * Strong understanding of construction/site documentation processes (e.g., RAMS, PO systems) * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office and document control systems * Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team What We Offer * Competitive salary £25,000 – £34,000 (dependent on experience) * Supportive, down-to-earth team and leadership * Stable hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm * Opportunity to grow within an established M&E contractor
