Join our Glam Squad as a Skills Practitioner, supporting staff and students in Hair, Barbering and Beauty environments. You will inspire confidence, ensure smooth salon operations, and maintain high health and safety standards.
In This Role, You Will:
 * Provide hands‑on learning and technical support to both staff and students.
 * Demonstrate and assist with professional salon techniques, helping learners master their craft and boost confidence.
 * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners, to maintain high‑quality standards and opportunities for learners.
 * Assess student progress and give constructive, motivating feedback to support achievement and professional growth.
 * Take charge of salon stock control—ordering, organising and issuing products and equipment.
 * Play a key role in maintaining high standards of Health & Safety within practical sessions.
