Job Title:Contracts Manager
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Benefits: 28 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) rising by a day per year up to 5 years, option to buy further weeks annual leave. Company pension, free parking and cold/hot drinks.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:30 with 30 min for lunch. Friday 07:45 to 14:30 with 30 min lunch.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will lead a team of engineers and coordinators.Managing all aspects of the Contracts Department, you will coordinate resources and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
The Contracts Manager is a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with all areas of the business and should be prepared to take initiative, whilst continually improving processes and operational activity.
