Customer Operations Advisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Help manage current customer accounts.
* Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
* Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers and suppliers.
* Solve customer and suppliers' problems and help resolve issues.
* Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
* Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.

* Data Entry
* Help grow Annual Company Turnover by upselling to existing customerss
