This Social Media Executive will be responsible for enhancing social media presence for the franchise group. This includes managing social media interactions, creating engaging content in the form of long and short videos, still images and graphics to name a few. You’ll also get involved in strategy, collaborating with franchisees to build a cohesive brand and achieve shared goals. We are looking for a team player who can connect with our client’s community and is confident in all aspects of social media. Salary & Benefits: * A salary up to £30,000 PA, depending on your experience * Working Monday to Friday, * Parking Available * Pension contribution * Learning and development opportunities Responsibilities: * Develop and implement creative social media plans to strengthen online presence and support lead generation. * Create new video and photography opportunities * Create powerful posts to highlight online presence * Reach out to industry influencers and liaise with franchise partners to ensure brand cohesiveness and grow audience reach. * Monitor social media analytics, respond to comments/reviews and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and ROI. * Liaise with franchise partners to ensure brand cohesiveness * Work with internal teams to maintain an engaging, on-brand website and social media presence. Skills and Experience: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media marketing (Multi-platform) * Experience with Image and Video Editing (E.g.
