Job Profile
Ginetta is looking for a QC Inspector who will ensure that all inspection, documentation, and testing activities within our organization are completed accurately and that all materials received meet required specifications.
Job duties:
1. Point of contact to ensure that all materials supplied meet standards established by drawings, specifications, and documentation.
2. Completing inspection and quality assurance activities in Goods Inwards.
3. Supporting the shop floor by providing feedback on manufacturing errors.
4. Conducting measurement analysis for various departments as required.
5. Inspect sampling and assess risks with new inspection levels.
6. Managing instruments, measurement tools, and calibration.
7. Completing inspections, assessments, and providing reports on deficiencies and non-conformance.
8. Performing technical machine shop inspections using 3D CMM equipment and mechanical measurements.
9. Creating and reviewing reports and documentation of procedural changes.
10. Designing, reviewing, and updating quality control policies and procedures.
11. Ensuring quality checks are followed at every production stage.
12. Creating and modifying CMM programs on QCT.
13. Reviewing procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
14. Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers to meet quality standards.
Qualifications/experience required:
* Understanding and experience in interpreting engineering drawings, certifications, and standards.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to develop effective relationships with internal staff.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for challenging situations.
* Resilience and adaptability to change.
