Alliance Medical are recruiting for a Medical Administrator to join our busy and friendly teams in the Belfast & Antrim areas (Travel between Belfast & Antrim site required).
This is a full-time, permanent contract (37.5 hours per week) with working hours between Monday and Friday, 7:30am-8:00pm.

This will suit an individual who is enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key. The successful candidates will be involved in confirming & scheduling radiology appointments, updating systems, making & receiving phone calls, being the first point of contact to the patients when they arrive to the centre & providing excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and confirm radiology appointments with sensitivity and precision
* Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and manage appointment-related queries
* Accurately update patient records and internal booking systems
* Work closely with radiology and clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Provide consistent, compassionate support to patients and their families throughout their visit
* Assist Radiographers and act as a chaperone if required for the patients and clinicians benefit.
* Provide reassurance to patients by way of clear explanation as to the nature of an examination.
