Hours: 40 per week, 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,500

Soldering Operative Key Responsibilities
6. Carry out hand soldering of electronic components to PCBs (both through-hole and surface mount).
7. Inspect and test assembled components to ensure they meet required standards and tolerances.
8. Work from technical drawings, assembly instructions, and bills of materials.
9. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
10. Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
11. Assist with general assembly tasks as required
Skills and Experience
12. Proven experience in soldering within an electronics manufacturing or assembly environment.
13. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
14. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
15. Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
16. IPC certification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
