Role Overview πŸ”

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our dynamic team πŸš€. This is a single contributor role where you will be the technical face of our company, building strong relationships with customers 🀝 and presenting tailored cloud solutions ☁️. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical pre-sales and cloud computing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences 🌟.


Key Responsibilities 🧩

* Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, addressing their queries and requirements πŸ› οΈ
* Collaborate with sales teams to articulate the value of our solutions and support proposals and presentations πŸ’¬
* Work closely with product and engineering teams to create tailored cloud solutions 🧱
* Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing πŸ“ˆ
* Provide enablement programs and training for customers to ensure successful adoption πŸŽ“
* Maintain and enhance relationships with customers and cloud providers for alignment and satisfaction πŸ€—


Requirements βœ…

* 2+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό
* 2+ years of experience working with a major cloud provider ☁️
* Strong technical expertise with a proven ability to translate business needs into cloud solutions πŸ”„
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences πŸ—£οΈ
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail 🧠
* Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to a fast-paced environment ⏱️


Day-to-Day Activities πŸ“…

* Attend customer meetings to discuss and present tailored solutions πŸ§‘β€πŸ«
* Respond to technical queries directly or via account managers πŸ’¬
* Collaborate with internal teams to produce and review technical materials πŸ“
* Participate in technical training and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives πŸ“š
* Support account managers with pre-sales activities, including proposals and technical presentations πŸ“Š


Travel Requirements ✈️

While the role is primarily remote 🏑, some travel may be required to meet customers or attend partner events 🌍.
