SUMMARY: Responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy and developing treatment plans for adults experiencing mental health challenges. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for adults Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy to support adults with various mental health concerns Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development activities EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: � Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or related field) CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES: Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Membership of appropriate professional bodies inline with NHS Talking Therapies Guidelines REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES : Demonstrate Experience working with adults in a clinical setting Knowledge of evidence-based practices for adult mental health Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other patient record management systems WORKING CONDITIONS: In person Consultation Virtual online Consultations Telephone consultations
