Job Description
Are you comfortable in the kitchen and passionate about fresh ingredients and tailored food experiences? Join us on a culinary journey at the Rank Group, where you'll be our next star! Working closely with your head chef, you'll aim to meet and exceed customer expectations daily.
You will:
1. Acknowledge, welcome, and assist customers in all areas
2. Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
3. Collaborate with the hosting and wider casino team
4. Prepare, cook, season, and present casino menus according to recipe standards
5. Follow all HACCP and safety guidelines to ensure food safety throughout the venue
6. Report defective equipment and systems to the head chef or duty manager
7. Manage stock rotation (FIFO), ordering, and usage diligently to minimize losses
8. Seek customer and front-of-house feedback to continually improve food quality and exceed expectations
9. Practice a 'clean as you go' policy in all food preparation and service areas
